NextPlat's UK subsidiary, Global Telesat Communications, or GTC, has secured an agreement to sell its catalog of satellite-enabled devices and connectivity products on Decathlon's global digital e-commerce platform. GTC will introduce a range of products operating on satellite networks including Globalstar, Iridium, and Inmarsat to Decathlon's e-commerce stores. Founded in 1976, Decathlon is one of the world's largest sports and outdoor leisure retailers, operating more than 1,700 stores across over 70 countries. This new online consumer sales channel will enable GTC to introduce an array of satellite-enabled communications, tracking and emergency-safety products to Decathlon's e-commerce customers in the 20 countries where its digital marketplace currently operates.

NextPlat Acquires Independent Pharmacy in Florida for $1.5M
NextPlat announced the strategic acquisition of an independent pharmacy in a rural community near Pensacola in the panhandle region of northwest Florida. NextPlat has agreed to acquire the Pharmacy and its inventory for total cash consideration of $1.5M. The transaction is expected to be completed during Q4 2026, subject to final due diligence and other customary closing conditions. Once completed, the acquisition will expand and diversify the company's PharmcoRx retail footprint into a previously underserved rural market where it intends to introduce additional offerings for patients including same day delivery and online fulfillment services to support the local community. The company also plans to expand its contracted services reach by marketing to healthcare providers participating in the government's 340B Drug Pricing Program, long-term care facilities, and other institutional and governmental providers throughout the greater Pensacola area.
