iHuman Acquires All Knowledge and Perfect Lingo for RMB 94M

iHuman announced that it has entered into certain asset transfer agreements to acquire the businesses and assets related to two products, All Knowledge and Perfect Lingo, for an aggregate consideration of RMB 94M, subject to potential two-way price adjustments and contingent earn-out payments.

iHuman reports Q2 revenue RMB215.1M vs. RMB241M last year

Reports Q2 net income RMB24.7M vs. RMB42.1M last year. Average total MAUs for the second quarter were 24.57M, a year-over-year increase of 20.8%.
