Bryant Riley Reports Q3 Revenue of $33.0M
Reports Q3 revenue $33.0M vs. $277.8M last year. CEO Bryant Riley commented: "Through the first nine months of the year, our operating businesses demonstrated the resilience of our diversified platform, despite Q3 declines in the value of our investment portfolio. Over the past several months, we have taken key strategic actions to strengthen our core franchises and allocate capital toward our strongest near-term cash flow opportunities. Earlier this week, we completed the sale of our remaining interest in GA Group...Q3 was a challenging period for small- and mid-cap issuers, as rising rates and wider credit spreads weighed on transaction activity and equity capital markets issuance concentrated in the largest issuers...Even as smaller average deal sizes tempered underwriting fee revenue in the quarter, we saw rising demand for our restructuring and advisory services, added two senior bankers, and expanded institutional research coverage to more than 430 companies".

BRC Group Discloses Indirect Economic Interest in SpaceX
BRC Group Holdings (RILY) provided supplemental information regarding its indirect economic interest in Space Exploration Technologies (SPCX), following SpaceX's initial public offering on June 12. The company discussed this interest in its latest filing on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2026 filed on May 7, 2026 and its most recent quarterly earnings call on May 7, 2026. Between 2018 and 2021, the company's wealth management business facilitated client investments in SpaceX through subsidiaries of the company that hold carried interest in certain special purpose vehicles. The value of the company's carried interest will fluctuate based upon SpaceX's share price. Each $5.00 change in SpaceX's share price would result in an estimated $2.3 million change in net carried interest.
