Dominari Holdings Responds to U.S. Congressional Inquiry

Dominari Holdings released the following letter to clients and shareholders: "As reported in certain media outlets, Dominari Securities recently received a letter dated March 8, 2026 from the U.S. House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party requesting information regarding the underwriting of initial public offerings by Chinese companies. Dominari takes this inquiry seriously and we intend to cooperate with the Committee... To provide an additional frame of reference, Dominari's limited involvement in Chinese IPO activity ceased in 2024. Additionally, Dominari's activity in Hong Kong IPOs, ceased in mid-2025. From the Company's perspective, we chose to focus on American companies. Dominari is an American investment bank focused on building American companies, supporting American innovation, and helping to create American jobs. The first transaction, completed in May 2025, raised $40 million, followed by a second offering in July 2025 that raised $48.5 million. Dominari Holdings appoints Tim Ledwick as acting CFO

Dominari Holdings announced that Tim Ledwick, a current member of the company's Board of Directors, has stepped down from the Board to serve as Interim CFO, beginning October 1. Ledwick brings more than three decades of senior financial leadership with a proven record of managing complex transactions and delivering shareholder value. Most recently, he provided CFO consulting services to a Nasdaq listed public safety technology and services company.

Dominari Holdings Establishes New Cryptocurrency Advisory Board

Dominari Holdings announced the formation of a new Crypto Advisory Board to support its expansion into crypto currency. This initiative underscores Dominari's commitment to expanding its presence in the rapidly evolving digital asset sector. The newly established Crypto Advisory Board will provide strategic guidance as Dominari pursues acquisitions and partnerships in the digital asset space, both for the company and its clients. The new Crypto Advisory Board, while focused specifically on the crypto space, will work in parallel with the company's more broadly focused Advisory Board. The inaugural members of this Advisory Board are Sonny Singh, a seasoned fintech executive, and Tristan Chaudhry, a recognized leader in blockchain innovation.
