GrabAGun Completes $34M Acquisition of Camfour
GrabAGun Digital announced it has completed the acquisition of Camfour, a privately held wholesale distributor of firearms, ammunition, and outdoor products, for approximately $34M in cash, subject to customary adjustments including for net working capital. The transaction consideration was valued primarily based upon Camfour's inventory and receivables acquired net of operating liabilities assumed. Camfour generated audited net revenue of approximately $77.4M in the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, a portion of which was generated from sales to the Company and will be eliminated in consolidation in future periods. The approximately $34.0 million all-cash transaction was funded from GrabAGun's existing cash reserves, with no external financing required. The transaction closed on October 26, 2026.
GrabAGun Announces Strategic Collaboration with Sarsilmaz
GrabAGun Digital Holdings and its wholly-owned subsidiary PEW Logistics announced a strategic collaboration with Sarsilmaz marking the fourth manufacturer to join the PEW Logistics platform. PEW Logistics will power the e-commerce experience at sarsilmaz.us, managing compliant order processing, Federal Firearms Licensee routing, fulfillment and customer support behind the Sarsilmaz brand. Orders placed through PEW Logistics-powered storefronts are routed through GrabAGun's fully compliant platform and delivered to the customer's chosen local FFL, which conducts all legally required background checks and compliance procedures before the firearm is transferred to the customer.
GrabAGun Appoints John Swanagon as Chief Technology Officer
GrabAGun Digital Holdings (PEW) announced the appointment of John Swanagon as Chief Technology Officer. Swanagon will report to CEO Marc Nemati and will lead the Company's technology strategy, software engineering and artificial intelligence initiatives across both GrabAGun.com and PEW Logistics. Most recently, he served as Chief Digital & Technology Officer at UnitedHealth Group's (UNH) Optum Financial.
GrabAGun CFO Justin Hilty to Retire in 2026
GrabAGun Digital "announced that Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, Justin Hilty, will retire from his role as CFO effective August 14, 2026. Jonathan Terry has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer effective August 14, 2026."
GrabAGun Partners with Backwoods Suppressors for Strategic Collaboration
GrabAGun Digital and its subsidiary PEW Logistics announced a strategic collaboration with Backwoods Suppressors. The collaboration with Backwoods demonstrates growing industry momentum behind PEW Logistics' turnkey direct-to-consumer, DTC, solution. It also expands the PEW Logistics solution into suppressors and other regulated, firearms-adjacent product categories, a segment experiencing historic growth.
