GNK Holdings announced that it is evaluating a potential cash tender offer to acquire shares of BARK common stock at a price of $11.00 per share in cash. As part of its evaluation, GNK is seeking non-binding indications of interest from BARK shareholders to better understand the potential level of participation in a transaction at that price.
BARK Partners with Girl Scouts to Launch Dog Cookies
BARK announced a first-of-its-kind partnership with Girl Scouts of the USA to launch Patch Pals- the first-ever Girl Scout cookie made specifically for dogs. Bark Appoints Anya Hamill as Chief Financial Officer
Bark announced that Anya Hamill will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 8, 2026. Hamill will report to BARK's Co-Founder, Executive Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, Matt Meeker. "Anya is an important addition to our leadership team as we continue to scale our business and strengthen BARK's position as the world's most dog-centric company," said Mr. Meeker.
