GBank Appoints Jason Amos as Chief Technology Officer

GBank Financial Secures Key Approvals for BoltBetz
GBank Financial announces two important approvals impacting its strategic partner BoltBetz. First, BoltBetz has received approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board as a software solution that allows players to create and fund a wagering account in Konami's SYNKROS cashless wagering system via the BoltBetz mobile app. Second, Distill and Remedy's Taverns have received GCB approval to use the BoltBetz product as approved by the GCB Lab. Ed Nigro, GBFH Chairman and CEO, stated, "Years of dedicated work by our partners BankCard Services, BoltBetz and GBank have resulted in this unique slot machine app and bank payments system that provide Licensed Gaming Operators a first of its kind slot machine funding solution. GBank Financial names Hilary Sledge-Sarnor as its new general counsel
GBank Financial announced that Hilary Sledge-Sarnor has been appointed Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of the Company and the Bank, effective October 20, 2025. In this role, Ms. Sledge-Sarnor will oversee the Company's and Bank's legal, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs functions, serving as a key strategic advisor to executive management and the Board of Directors. She will also play a central role in supporting the Company's continued growth initiatives, capital markets activities, and evolving FinTech partnerships. GBank Financial Announces Q3 EPS of 44c, Falling Short of 46c Estimates
Reports Q3 revenue $20.2M, up 13.5% q/q. Edward M. Nigro, CEO, stated, "The third quarter reflects our ability to grow our core revenues quarter over quarter - Credit Card Transactions up 57% - SBA Originations up 57% - SBA Gain on Sale up 39% - Non-Interest Income up 33% - Net-Interest Income up 5%. We also executed key management changes, terminated third-party out-of-market credit card cash promotions and expenses, and as of today we are live with our new digital credit card application process that provides the latest technology to prevent application and credit fraud. We are now ready to launch our influencers with the addition of Champ Mike Tyson.
