ACNB Completes Share Repurchase Program and Approves New Plan
ACNB Corp. has fully completed its share repurchase program previously authorized in June 2025, and the board of directors has approved a new plan to repurchase, in open market transactions at prevailing market prices, up to 310,000, approximately 3%, of the outstanding shares of ACNB's common stock.
ACNB Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of 42 Cents
The board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 42c per share of ACNB Corporation common stock payable on June 15 to shareholders of record as of June 1. This per share amount reflects a 10.5% increase, or 4c, over the 38c cash dividend paid in the first quarter of 2026, and a 23.5% increase over the 34c paid in the second quarter of 2025.
ACNB Corporation Declares One-Time Special Cash Dividend of $0.50 per Share
In addition to the regular quarterly dividend, the board has declared a one-time special cash dividend of 50c per share of ACNB Corporation common stock payable on June 15 to shareholders of record as of June 1.
ACNB Corporation Reports Q1 Net Interest Margin of 4.46%
The FTE net interest margin for the three months ended March 31, 2026 was 4.46%, a 39 basis points increase from the three months ended March 31, 2025 and a 10 basis points increase from the three months ended December 31, 2025. Tangible book value per share was $32.99. Reports CET1 ratio 14.92%. "Loan growth was healthy during the quarter, supported by a solid pipeline and continued demand across our markets, while deposit growth remained robust and well-balanced, reinforcing our strong liquidity position. Importantly, credit quality metrics remained stable, with low levels of non-performing assets and net charge-offs, underscoring the effectiveness of our conservative underwriting approach. We also maintained strong capital levels, providing both financial flexibility and a solid foundation to support future growth. As we move further into 2026, we remain focused on delivering sustainable earnings, maintaining disciplined risk management, and creating long-term value for our shareholders."
