AmeriServ Financial Reports Improved Financial Performance in 2025

Jeffrey Stopko, President and CEO, commented on the 2025 financial results: "AmeriServ Financial's improved financial performance in 2025 was driven by increased revenue which caused us to achieve earnings growth while absorbing a higher provision for credit losses which was needed to bring final resolution to our largest non-performing loan.
