Rare Earths Americas Announces Initial Test Results for Alpha Project

Rare Earths Americas announced results from an initial series of laboratory leach tests performed by SGS on material from its Alpha Project. The tests address a key remaining input to Alpha's Initial Assessment, which is over 80% complete and remains targeted for release in the first quarter of 2027. The IA is expected to evaluate a preliminary mine plan, production schedule, processing approach, capital and operating costs, and project economics; it will not by itself constitute a development or construction decision.

Rare Earths Americas Commences IA at Constellation Rare Earths Project with 266.2 Million Tonnes Resource

Rare Earths Americas announces that it has commenced an IA at its Constellation Rare Earths Project, advancing an inferred mineral resource of 266.2 million tonnes grading 2,637 ppm TREO. The current Constellation mineral resource estimate is supported by an initial assessment included in the Constellation Technical Report Summary; the IA now commenced is intended to expand that work to include an initial mine plan and preliminary project economics. The Constellation Technical Report Summary is filed as Exhibit 96.2 to the Company's Form S-1 registration statement that was previously filed in connection with the Company's initial public offering.

REA Initial Drilling Indicates Rare Earth Mineralization at Homer-A

Highlights: Initial Drilling Indicates Widespread Clay-Hosted Rare Earth Mineralization: Initial assay results from approximately 1,250 meters - only 8% of the planned 15,000-meter 2026 drill program - confirm widespread, near-surface clay- and saprolite-hosted rare earth mineralization across an approximately 2.15 km2 initial tested footprint at Homer-A. Mineralization starts near surface, showing an average thickness of nearly 20 meters to date. The area tested to date represents less than 20% of the 12 km2 primary geochemical anomaly and less than 7% of the broader magnetic anomaly. Strongly Weighted Toward Magnetic Rare Earths: Higher-grade intervals exceeding 4,000 ppm total rare earth oxides average more than 70% combined neodymium-praseodymium and heavy rare earth oxides, including more than 4.5% combined dysprosium and terbium. The strong concentration of Dy and Tb within these higher-grade zones is a key differentiator of the initial Homer-A results. Standout Heavy Rare Earth Intercepts: Drill hole RC-TGA-0010 returned 22 meters at 2,298 ppm TREO + Sc from 5 meters, including 7 meters at 3,424 ppm TREO + Sc with 33.9% HREO and 4.1% DyTb. RC-TGA-0004 returned 13 meters at 2,392 ppm TREO + Sc, including 3 meters at 4,039 ppm TREO + Sc with 40.9% HREO and 4.4% DyTb. These DyTb proportions appear elevated relative to publicly reported results from other Brazilian clay-hosted rare earth projects, though direct comparisons should be made with caution given differences in analytical methods, cut-off grades, and project maturity. Broad, Near-Surface Mineralization with Strong Grades and Thicknesses: Multiple drill intercepts have returned more than 2,000 ppm TREO over intervals exceeding 10 meters, demonstrating broad zones of rare earth mineralization within the near-surface weathered clay and saprolite profile. Drilling Doubled with Significant Assay Pipeline Ahead: Building on the initial results, REA has doubled the Homer-A drill fleet to four rigs, with more than 6,500 meters already completed as part of the fully funded 15,000-meter 2026 program. This provides a substantial pipeline of additional assay results as drilling continues to define the scale, continuity and rare earth distribution of the system. Large Portions of the Homer-A System Remain Untested: The initial drilling footprint represents only a fraction of the mapped geochemical and geophysical system. The ring-shaped magnetic anomaly exceeds 35 km2 and extends more than 6.5 km along its major axis, providing significant areas for continued drilling and evaluation. Metallurgical Testing Targets Key IAC Milestone: Rare earth mineralization identified to date occurs within near-surface clay and saprolite profiles. Metallurgical testing is underway to determine whether the rare earths are loosely bound to the clay and can be readily leached, a key characteristic of Ionic Adsorption Clay mineralization, and to evaluate potential recoverability. Additional Critical Mineral Potential Identified: Initial drilling has also identified discrete zones enriched in niobium, tantalum and scandium within the weathered profile. REA intends to further delineate these zones and evaluate their potential contribution through additional drilling, metallurgical testing and future technical studies.
