NewGenIVF Invests Additional $4M in K25.ai

NewGenIVF Group announced that it has executed an agreement for a further $4M strategic investment in K25.ai. The transaction completes K25.ai's $10M Pre-A round at a $100M valuation and, upon completion and satisfaction of the applicable closing conditions, is expected to increase NewGen's aggregate ownership interest in K25.ai to 10%. With the Pre-A round now closed, K25.ai has commenced its Series A fundraising.

NewGenIVF Commits Additional $4M to K25.ai, Total Investment Reaches $6M

NewGenIVF Group has committed an additional $4M strategic investment in K25.ai, an AI-native livestreaming and watch-to-predict prediction market platform purpose-built for Asia-Pacific, bringing NewGen's total strategic investment in K25.ai to $6M at an implied valuation of $100M. As part of the expanded strategic alignment, K25.ai Founder and CEO Andy Cheung is expected to lead NewGen's Digital Asset Treasury Strategy. The investment comes as NewGen launches its Digital Asset Treasury Strategy, with K25.ai expected to serve as a strategic asset within NewGen's broader exposure to AI-powered prediction market infrastructure. NewGen has invited K25.ai Founder and CEO Andy Cheung, together with two other K25.ai co-founders, to join NewGen's Board of Directors as Non-Executive Directors. Cheung is expected to lead NewGen's Digital Asset Treasury Strategy and strategic allocation initiatives. K25.ai is preparing for its upcoming product launch as waitlist users now exceed 35,000. Bernstein projects global prediction market trading volumes could reach approximately $1T by 2030, up from approximately $51B in 2025.
