HUHUTECH Expects to Sign HB-800 Purchase Agreement by End of 2026
HUHUTECH International provided a commercialization update on the HB-800, its in-house developed high-end vacuum furnace for MOCVD susceptor cleaning and precision heat treatment applications. Since announcing the HB-800's technology finalization in June 2026, the Company has engaged with five optoelectronics manufacturers in the Yangtze River Delta region, including publicly listed companies and subsidiaries of publicly listed groups active in Micro LED chips, VCSEL laser chips and related compound semiconductor devices. Requirements identified through these engagements fall into two categories. HUHUTECH is actively pursuing opportunities in both categories. With discussions advancing at varying stages, the Company now expects to execute its first HB-800 purchase agreement before the end of 2026.
HUHUTECH International Anticipates $12M Projects in Japan
HUHUTECH International detailed two potential projects in Japan with separate existing customers that the Company anticipates may advance toward contracting in the fourth quarter of 2026. Based on the Company's current estimates, the two potential projects have an aggregate value of approximately $12M. One project covers power system engineering and the other covers heated piping system integration. If finalized as anticipated, project execution is currently expected to begin in approximately June 2027 and continue through the end of 2028. If finalized, the projects would be performed through HUHUTECH's existing operations in Japan, including in Kumamoto Prefecture and through its Hiroshima Project Office, launched in December 2025, consistent with the Company's focus on fewer, larger engagements in Japan.
HUHUTECH Reports 1H Revenue of $10.67M
Reports 1H revenue $10.67M vs $9.82M last year. Yujun Xiao, Chief Executive Officer of HUHUTECH, commented: "Eighteen months ago, every dollar of our revenue came from two countries. This half, five countries contributed, and our three newest markets delivered $3.69 million while still in their initial roll-out phase. We accepted a lower Japan revenue to fund that build-out, and we are now running larger contracts - the average system integration project we completed in the first half was roughly twice the size of a year ago. The expansion carries real cost, and it shows in our operating expenses. It also puts our engineering teams alongside customers in the regions where new semiconductor and optoelectronic capacity is actually being added."
Huhutech Starts Construction on Fourth Semiconductor Project in Arizona
Huhutech announced that construction has commenced on its fourth semiconductor engineering project in Arizona. The company's first three projects in its $4M Arizona portfolio remain on schedule for completion before the end of 2026. "Four purchase orders from one customer in under a year tells you how the relationship is developing, each award came while we were actively executing the prior projects, which means our work on the ground is earning the next order," said Yujun Xiao, CEO of Huhutech. "With the first three projects tracking to completion before year-end and construction now underway on the fourth, our teams are proving we can deliver U.S. projects on U.S. timelines while collecting receivables in roughly 30 days. That execution record is the foundation for expanding our presence in the North American semiconductor market."
Huhutech Secures $580,000 Contract
Huhutech announced the award of a $580,000 contract for the design, supply and on-site installation of vacuum exhaust pipeline insulation systems at the East Hiroshima manufacturing facility of an international semiconductor manufacturer in Japan, through its Japanese subsidiary, Huhu Technology.
