ClearSign Receives Third Order from Tulsa Heaters
ClearSign Technologies Corporation announces that it has received another purchase order for a ClearSign Core M1 burner. The order was received from heater manufacturer Tulsa Heaters Midstream, THM, and is the third order from this customer within a couple of months. "The continued momentum behind our M Series midstream burners is very encouraging," said Jim Deller, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of ClearSign. "We believe that receiving a third order from the same customer within just a couple of months underscores the market demand for our midstream technologies and validates its performance. We're also pleased to see additional deployments in the expansive West Texas Permian Basin, one of the industry's most important operating regions. We look forward to sharing further updates as this product line continues to gain traction in the industry."
ClearSign Completes Private Placement of 500,000 Shares, Raising $1.77 Million
ClearSign Technologies announces the completion of a private placement of 500,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share, with an existing stockholder at a price of $3.54 per share, the average closing price reported on Nasdaq for the five trading days ending on June 21, 2026, for gross proceeds of $1,770,000. The Placement closed on July 22, 2026. ClearSign intends to use the net proceeds from the Placement for working capital, research and development, marketing and sales, and general corporate purposes.
ClearSign Receives Order for Burners in West Texas
ClearSign Technologies has received a purchase order for three ClearSign Core M1 burners from a heater manufacturer for their customer's West Texas facility. The ClearSign Core M1 burners, will be installed into three new heaters of a Fortune 500 midstream provider in West Texas. The Company expects the burners to be delivered in the third quarter of 2026.
ClearSign Receives Order from Tulsa Heaters
ClearSign Technologies Corporation announces that it has received another purchase order for a ClearSign Coreb M1 burner, one of its "M" Series process burners. The order came from heater manufacturer Tulsa Heaters Midstream and is the second order from this customer within a month.
