Allarity Signs First CLIA Certified Contract

Allarity announced its first revenue-generating contract under its newly established CLIA-certified laboratory services strategy. CLIA certification is a U.S. regulatory requirement for laboratories performing testing on specimens from humans, such as blood, body fluids, and tissue. The agreement represents the first commercial validation of Allarity's CLIA-certified laboratory services strategy following the company's receipt of CLIA certification in July. Under the agreement, Allarity will provide a European biotechnology company with development, validation and related laboratory services to support implementation of a proprietary precision oncology predictive device for use in the United States. Successful completion of the program could lead to ongoing commercial testing and CLIA-related service revenues.

Allarity Therapeutics Updates on Drug Response Predictor Technology Advances

Allarity Therapeutics provided an update on recent advances in its proprietary Drug Response Predictor technology, patent portfolio and in-house laboratory capabilities that strengthen its ability to drive stenoparib's clinical development while expanding external partnership opportunities. Allarity Therapeutics was established on its proprietary patient selection technology-the Drug Response Predictor, DPR. Recent patent awards coupled with the CLIA certification of Allarity's in-house lab allow the company to extend the utility of the test as a companion diagnostic test and to retain sole control of that clinical test. These developments extend the commercial viability of both stenoparib and the stenoparib-DRP test.
