This positive trend continued into the fourth quarter of 2025, with rates for midsize bulk carriers currently ranging around $15,000 and $18,000 per day. Our modern fleet is well positioned to benefit from these conditions through short-term and index-linked chartering arrangements that provide direct exposure to improving market fundamentals. Asset values remain elevated, and sale-and-purchase activity has been strong across the market."

Globus Maritime to sell supramax vessel for $8.55M
Globus Maritime announced that through a wholly owned subsidiary, it has entered into an agreement to sell to an unaffiliated third party its 2007-built supramax vessel of approximately 53,627 dwt, the m/v River Globe, for a gross price of $8.55M before commissions and expenses. The vessel is expected to be delivered to its new owner between March 1 and April 15. The sale of the vessel is subject to customary closing conditions and requirements.
