Capital Clean Energy Carriers Corp. Successfully Delivers LNG Carrier 'Agamemnon'
Capital Clean Energy Carriers Corp. announced that it has successfully taken delivery of the LNG Carrier 'Agamemnon'. Following its delivery on June 17, 2026, the LNG/C Agamemnon has commenced its previously announced time charter with a major energy company through March 2027. Upon completion of that charter, the vessel will, at the Company's option, commence either the long-term charter originally allocated to LNG/C Athlos or the one allocated to LNG/C Archon, with firm periods of five years and seven years, respectively, each including an additional five-year option at the charterer's discretion. The acquisition of LNG/C Agamemnon was funded using cash on hand together with a new senior secured bridge loan facility of $216.0 million. This facility will be refinanced in July 2026 upon the drawdown of an eight-year JOLCO facility in the amount of $216.0 million.
Capital Clean Energy Carriers Forms Joint Venture with CMA CGM
Capital Clean Energy Carriers (CCEC) announced the formation of a joint venture company with CMA CGM. Each party will hold a 50% ownership stake in the joint venture, which has been established for the purpose of constructing, chartering, and operating one 20,000 cbm dual-fuel LNG bunkering vessel. The joint venture marks CCEC's entry into the LNG bunkering segment, the company's first vessel dedicated to marine fuel supply. In connection with this transaction, the joint venture has entered into a shipbuilding contract with Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering for the construction of the vessel at a contract price of $82.8M, with delivery expected in the third quarter of 2028. In addition, the joint venture is expected to enter into a 12-year time charter with a joint venture company formed between CMA CGM and TotalEnergies (TTE), commencing upon delivery of the vessel from the shipyard.

Capital Clean Energy Carriers Appoints Martin Houston as Chairman
Capital Clean Energy Carriers announces that Martin Houston has been appointed Chairman of the company with Keith Forman moving to a new role as Vice-Chairman. Houston is currently the Chairman of Omega Oil and Gas Ltd. and a Non-Executive Director of Energean plc, BUPA Arabia SA, CC Energy and Singapore GasCo. He is also a Senior Advisor at Moelis and Company.
