Reports Q3 revenue $471.5M, consensus $449.92M. "The year continues to gain momentum, with the third quarter building on a solid first half," said Michael Thomson, CEO. "New business signings once again were strong, and client interest continues to deepen across the portfolio. Our AI-First execution is transforming our delivery, opening new markets in agentic services, AI infrastructure and the ClearPath ecosystem." CFO Deb McCann said, "We are pleased with our third quarter results. Revenue came in ahead of our expectations, led by TS&S, and our non-GAAP operating profit margin of 7.2% was above what we had guided. Together with our Q4 visibility, this supports the increase to our full-year revenue guidance and our reaffirmed profitability guidance."
Unisys Integrates Microsoft Security Copilot to Enhance Threat Detection
Unisys (UIS) has integrated Microsoft (MSFT) Security Copilot capabilities into its Managed Detection and Response solution to "strengthen AI-powered threat detection, investigation and response," the company said.

Our liquidity remains strong and estimated global deficit is improving, advancing us toward our goal of fully removing our U.S. pensions."
Unisys Forms Strategic Partnership with Antenna
Unisys has announced a strategic partnership with Antenna to embed independent third-party benchmarks directly into Unisys applications, solutions and services. This collaboration complements the Unisys Intelligence Accelerator AI framework, combining application capabilities of Unisys with Antenna's metrics-based platform. By integrating Antenna's observability platform, Unisys will provide organizations with objective insights into AI-assisted software development.
