Quantum Cyber Seeks Manufacturing Partners for Quantum Photonic Antenna Prototype

Quantum Cyber confirmed that it is actively seeking qualified manufacturing partners, foundries, and applied-R&D organizations - and is inviting such organizations to apply - to build the first working prototype of the company's exclusively licensed quantum-photonic antenna front-end, a compact system intended to support resilient, frequency-agile communications for unmanned aerial systems operating in contested and denied environments. The call for applications advances the quantum antenna technology previously secured under Quantum Cyber's exclusive worldwide intellectual property license agreement with Project LightShift, dated June 11 for defense and national-security UAS applications.

Quantum Cyber Completes Installation of 80 Units of 3D Printing Drone Production Line

Quantum Cyber announced that it has completed the purchase and physical installation of all 80 units of its previously announced 3D Printing drone production farm at the company's approximately 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The milestone marks the operational commissioning of what the company has previously described as its primary autonomous drone manufacturing line at the Bridgeport facility, and follows the completion of the company's first mini-interceptor airframe at the same facility on July 27, and the launch of the company's Advanced Filament Manufacturing Division announced on June 11. The 3D Printing Farm is designed to serve as the primary autonomous drone manufacturing operation at Bridgeport, with dedicated capacity for structural airframe components, enclosures, and printed subassemblies across the company's planned attritable one-way attack, interceptor, surveillance, vertical takeoff and landing, and long-range PHANTOM-950 product lines. The 3D Printing Farm is designed to consume both standard PETG filament and Formula A, Quantum Cyber's patent-pending EMP-hardened composite filament, both intended to be produced in-house through the company's previously announced Advanced Filament Manufacturing Division. This vertical integration is intended to reduce external supply chain dependency, protect the company's proprietary formulations, and support production scaling in response to customer demand. During the week ended August 29, the company hosted a series of on-site visits at its Bridgeport manufacturing facility. Attendees included representatives of institutional investment firms, representatives of investment banking counterparties, and current and former senior officers of the United States armed forces.

Quantum Cyber Receives Blackmail Threat, Continues Lawsuit

Quantum Cyber disclosed that it has received what the company views as a "blackmail-style threat," delivered by an unsolicited email dated August 14, from Adam Gefvert, a named defendant in the lawsuit the company filed on August 10 in the Supreme Court of the State of New York against White Diamond Research, Gefvert and Stocktwits. The company said, "In the email, sent through an email address affiliated with the Company, Mr. Gefvert proposed that if the Company were to drop its defamation lawsuit, he would agree not to publish any further report on Quantum Cyber or on any company associated with the Company's Chief Executive Officer, David Lazar. In Mr. Gefvert's own words: "if the lawsuit is dropped, i won't publish anything on QUCY or any company of David Lazar's again." Mr. Gefvert continued, promising that if his offer was rejected and the Company "go[es] forward with the lawsuit, i will publish a 2nd report on QUCY," which he indicated would be directed at Mr. Lazar personally and at other individuals affiliated with the Company. The Company is disclosing the substance of Mr. Gefvert's email so that shareholders and the broader market can evaluate for themselves the nature of the conduct at issue. In the Company's view, an offer by a self-identified short-seller to withhold future negative publications on the Company and on other companies associated with its Chief Executive Officer, in exchange for the withdrawal of a pending defamation and market-manipulation lawsuit, is not the conduct of an independent research analyst - it is, in the Company's view, coercive in nature and blackmail-style in effect. The Company believes it confirms, on its face, that short-seller reporting is being used as leverage rather than as objective analysis. The Company intends to proceed with the pending litigation. Quantum Cyber will not withdraw its complaint, will not modify its claims in exchange for a promise of editorial silence, and intends to prosecute the case to its conclusion. The Company further intends to place Mr. Gefvert's August 14, 2026 email into the record of the proceeding, as it believes the correspondence is directly relevant to the claims and to the state of mind of the defendants..."
