Cycurion Announces Approximately $800K in Contracts
Cycurion announced several engagements totaling approximately $800K in annual contract spend. The work includes a pharmaceutical-industry engagement to support an AI Center of Excellence, a new award with the National Association of County and City Health Officials, and additional commercial and public-health engagements. This is the first public announcement of these awards. The company is building commercial healthcare and life-sciences work as a primary growth market, while continuing to run its government and public-safety franchise. Scope across the engagements includes business continuity and disaster recovery, technology and cybersecurity assessments, program management, organizational change management, and AI operating capability. The pharmaceutical AI Center of Excellence engagement is a commercial life-sciences win the company has been building toward. The NACCHO award is being announced for the first time and deepens Cycurion's existing relationship with the association, including its standing as a Diamond Affiliate Partner. Additional commercial and public-health work is included in the approximately $800K annual contract-spend total. The company will continue to pursue additional commercial and non-government opportunities that fit its capabilities in cybersecurity, managed IT, program delivery, and AI-enabled transformation.

Cycurion Receives Delisting Determination Letter from Nasdaq
Cycurion has received a delisting determination letter from Nasdaq related to its minimum bid price requirement. The closing bid price of the company's common stock was below the $1.00 per share minimum required for continued listing for the 31 consecutive business days from May 26 through July 9. Because the company effected a 1-for-30 reverse stock split on October 27, 2025, Nasdaq further determined that the company is not eligible for the customary 180-calendar day compliance period and absent a timely hearing request, trading in the company's securities is expected to be suspended at the opening of business on July 21. The company plans to timely request a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel before the July deadline. A timely hearing request will stay the suspension of the company's securities. Cycurion's common stock will remain listed and continue trading on Nasdaq during the appeal process and pending a final determination by the Hearings Panel. The Board continues to evaluate all available options for regaining compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing requirements.
