Anika Provides 2026 Guidance of $114M to $122.5M Revenue
Anika is providing the following 2026 guidance: Total Company Revenue between $114 and $122.5 million, up 1% to 9% year over year; Commercial Channel, $53 to $58 million, maintaining up 10% to 20% year over year; OEM Channel, $61 to $64.5 million, maintaining flat to modestly lower year over year; Adjusted EBITDA as a percent of revenue to 5% to 10%, reflecting higher revenues and reduced expenses offset by modestly lower U.S. pricing dynamics.

Anika Therapeutics Appoints Stephen Griffin as CEO
Anika Therapeutics announced that Stephen Griffin, current Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, effective February 1, 2026. Griffin will succeed Cheryl Blanchard, Ph.D., who will become Executive Chair of the Board of Directors. In addition, John Henneman, III, Director since 2020, has been appointed Lead Independent Director.
Anika announces submission of final PMA module for Hylofast cartilage repair.
Anika Therapeutics announced that it filed the third and final module of its Premarket Approval application, PMA, for Hyalofast-its resorbable, hyaluronic acid-based scaffold used with autologous bone marrow aspirate concentrate, BMAC, for treating articular cartilage defects in the knee. The Company also reported results from its U.S. pivotal Phase III FastTRACK clinical trial evaluating Hyalofast. On October 31, 2025, Anika submitted the third and final module of its Hyalofast PMA to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The PMA includes FastTRACK 24-month data and incorporates additional post-hoc analyses and real-world data.
