Youlife Group Enters Strategic Cooperation with Dazhou Technician College
Youlife Group announced that its vocational education brand, Tiankun Education, has entered into a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Dazhou Technician College. The partnership marks another important milestone in the Company's nationwide strategy to strengthen its vocational education network while further integrating education, talent recruitment and workforce services into a unified blue-collar ecosystem. The ten-year collaboration establishes a long-term framework covering enrollment, curriculum co-development, industry-oriented training, faculty development, internship programs, employment placement and operational management. Located within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic region, Dazhou City is accelerating the development of advanced manufacturing, new energy, intelligent equipment and other strategic industries. The agreement further expands Youlife's national school-enterprise cooperation platform and strengthens its presence in Western China. Beyond increasing educational capacity, the project enhances cross-business synergies among vocational education, recruitment, employee management and future AI-enabled workforce solutions.
Youlife Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with Thingo Technology
Youlife signed a strategic partnership agreement with Thingo Technology, a general AI agent platform company in China. Pursuant to the agreement, the two companies will collaborate across three key domains: AI agent business development and ecosystem collaboration - the partnership aims to evolve from simple workflow automation to intelligent decision-support systems capable of serving enterprises at scale; developing AI-powered solutions across office operations, finance, marketing, legal services, and human resources; joint exploration of AI agent-enabled outsourcing services, customized AI agent development, practical talent training, and operation of entrepreneurial communities; and embedding Thingo Technology's AI agent capabilities into blue-collar service scenarios. Thingo Technology's AI agent technologies will be integrated into Youlife's recruitment infrastructure.
Youlife Group Delays 2025 Financial Results Release
Youlife Group announced that the company will postpone the release of its key operational and financial results for the full year of 2025 initially scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time, and the earnings conference call initially scheduled for 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on the same day. The company will announce its key operational and financial results for the full year of 2025 and earnings conference call schedule on or about April 28, 2026 to allow additional time to complete its year-end closing procedures.
Youlife Signs Strategic Cooperation MOU with Innova Tree
Youlife has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding for strategic cooperation with Innova Tree, a Kazakhstan-based limited liability company with local capabilities in vocational education operations and government coordination. Under the MOU, Youlife and Innova Tree will pursue comprehensive collaboration across vocational education, skills training, workforce and talent services, and selected cultural tourism-related labor programs. Kazakhstan is the largest economy in Central Asia, serving as a gateway for regional economic and labor market integration.
VCI Global Partners with Youlife Group to Launch Robotics Platform
VCI Global (VCIG) announced plans to launch a Robotics-Enabled Workforce Platform through a strategic term sheet agreement with Youlife Group (YOUL). "The initiative represents a significant step in VCI Global's expansion into robotics-as-infrastructure. The platform is intended to deliver guaranteed productivity through a hybrid human-robot workforce model, offered on a recurring, service-based subscription, rather than through traditional capital equipment sales," the company said.
