Vox Royalty Updates Production Timeline for Gold and Copper Assets

Vox Royalty provided recent operator updates on three of its key gold and copper assets: Kanmantoo, Sugar Zone and Los Filos, together with an estimated first production timeline for incremental assets from Q4 2026 to H1 2029, and a summary of other portfolio developments. Kyle Floyd, CEO, stated: "After a year of exceptional organic growth across our portfolio, Vox now has over 10 incremental royalty and streaming assets expected to commence or recommence production by mid-2029 based on operator guidance and Vox management estimates. Together, these assets have the potential to double our producing asset count to over 20 assets. At Kanmantoo, five consecutive quarters of higher copper production and a 31% increase in reserves continue to grow cash flow from one of our key producing copper-gold royalties. Sugar Zone and Los Filos, two of our largest gold offtake-streams, are now on clear restart pathways: Vault Minerals has guided to a processing restart in the September 2027 quarter, while Equinox has approved restart capital at Los Filos. All of this organic growth is being funded by our operating partners, requires no further development capital from Vox, and positions the Company for meaningful revenue and cash flow growth over the coming years."

Vox Royalty Acquires 0.75% Interest in Sorby Hills for $13 Million

Vox Royalty's Vox Royalty Australia entered into a binding agreement to acquire an effective 0.75% net smelter return royalty over the construction-stage Sorby Hills silver-lead project in Western Australia, for total cash consideration of $13,000,000 from a private seller. The Transaction remains subject to the completion of conditions precedent customary for a royalty transaction of this nature and Foreign Investment Review Board approval in Australia and is expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2026. Sorby Hills is 100% owned and operated by Boab Metals Limited ("Boab Metals"), an Australian ASX-listed company. Sorby Hills Silver Project Highlights Boab Metals made a final investment decision on Sorby Hills in December 2025. The Project is fully permitted, fully funded and under construction, with first concentrate production targeted for the second half of 2027. Sorby Hills is Australia's largest undeveloped, near-surface silver-lead deposit, located approximately 50 kilometres northeast of Kununurra in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia, with sealed road access to Wyndham Port approximately 150 kilometres from site. Once in production, the Project is expected to produce an average of approximately 2.2M ounces of silver per annum, which would rank Sorby Hills among Australia's larger primary silver producers. The June 2024 Front-End Engineering and Design Study that underpinned the final investment decision outlined pre-production capital of A$264M, C1 cash costs of $0.36/lb payable lead net of silver credits, average annual EBITDA of A$126M and a pre-tax NPV8 of A$411M at $27.4/oz silver and $2,255/t lead. In April, Boab Metals executed a syndicated facility agreement arranged by Merricks Capital and Davidson Kempner Capital Management, for A$236M equivalent of project finance debt facilities, completing the Project financing. In May, Boab Metals executed an EPC contract with GR Engineering Services covering the disassembly, refurbishment and relocation of the former DeGrussa processing plant, acquired from Sandfire Resources Limited, to the Sorby Hills site. The total cash consideration payable to acquire the Royalty is $13M, to be paid with cash on hand. The Transaction remains subject to completion of conditions precedent customary for a royalty transaction of this nature and Foreign Investment Review Board approval in Australia. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the applicable conditions precedent, completion of the Transaction is expected to occur in the fourth quarter of 2026.
