Maris-Tech announced that a governmental defense customer has exercised an option under the company's previously announced prime contractor agreement for the development and supply of a military standard vehicle-mounted audio-based system for armored fighting vehicles. The exercised option expands the existing contract value by approximately $184,000, increasing the aggregate value of the contract to approximately $534,000. The company believes the exercise of the option reflects the customer's continued confidence in Maris-Tech's execution capabilities following the program's successful progress. Deliveries under the exercised option are expected to be completed in accordance with the overall project schedule. The original contract, announced on June 26, marked Maris-Tech's first engagement as a prime contractor, expanding the company's portfolio beyond its established edge video and AI technologies into complementary battlefield systems.

Maris-Tech Receives Repeat Order from Distributor

Maris-Tech announced that it has received a repeat order from a distributor for its Jupiter family of miniature video encoder products, supporting drone-sector customers in Europe. The order represents repeat business from an established customer and reflects the continued deployment of Maris-Tech's Jupiter family within operational drone programs. The products will be supplied to European end customers, further strengthening the company's presence in the growing unmanned systems market.
