GoldMining President Paulo Pereira Resigns, Alastair Still to Assume Role
GoldMining announces that Paulo Pereira has resigned from his role as President of the Company to assume the role of Country Manager, Brazil. Alastair Still, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will assume the additional role of President, effective January 1, 2026.
GoldMining Renews At-the-Market Equity Program to Distribute Up to $50M Common Shares
GoldMining announces it has renewed its at-the-market equity program that allows the company to distribute up to $50M of common shares of the company to the public from time to time, through the Agents, at the company's discretion. The Offered Shares sold under the ATM Program, if any, will be sold at the prevailing market price at the time of sale. Sales of Offered Shares through the ATM Program will be made pursuant to the terms of an equity distribution agreement dated December 8, 2025 with a syndicate of agents led by BMO Capital Markets, and including National Bank Financial, Canaccord Genuity, H.C. Wainwright & Co., Roth Capital Partners, and Ventum Financial.
NevGold reveals agreement to enter standstill with GoldMining.
NevGold entered into a standstill agreement with GoldMining, pursuant to which GoldMining has agreed not to, directly or indirectly, sell common shares of NevGold through open market transactions for a period of 18 months, subject to certain customary exceptions. GoldMining holds, and has control and direction over, 19,073,350 common shares, representing approximately 16.7% of the Company's outstanding common shares.
GoldMining announces Rea Uranium Project application approved
GoldMining reported that its proposed metallic minerals exploration application for the Rea Uranium Project located in the Western Athabasca Basin, has been reviewed and authorized as an approved exploration program by the Alberta Energy Regulator. The Rea Project is owned 75% by the company and 25% by Orano Canada Inc. The large land package of approximately 125,328 hectares surrounds Orano's high-grade Dragon Lake prospect at its Maybelle River project. World-class uranium deposits located 60 km to the southeast of the Rea Project include Paladin Energy Limited's Triple R deposit and NexGen Energy Inc.'s Arrow deposit, which are currently in development.
