WidePoint Awarded Approximately $58M in Contracts
WidePoint announced it was awarded approximately $58M in contract awards and renewals during the first half of 2026. WidePoint Awarded $3.1B DHS Cellular Wireless Managed Services Contract
WidePoint announced that it has been selected as the single awardee of the Department of Homeland Security's Cellular Wireless Managed Services 3.0 contract, a 10-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract consisting of a one-year base period and nine one-year option periods with a contract ceiling value of approximately $3.1B. Under the CWMS 3.0 award, WidePoint will deliver and manage an integrated portfolio of solutions that support lifecycle management, connectivity, security, and operational requirements across all DHS components.

Adjusted EBITDA and Free Cash Flow results grew over 190% and 325%, respectively, from the first half to the second half of 2025. We navigated the headwinds experienced early in the year efficiently, and with our strong pipeline, we believe WidePoint is well-positioned to deliver meaningful growth over the coming years."
WidePoint Secures $1.3M Contract Award
WidePoint announced a Phase One $1.3M contract award to its Managed Services division with one of the leading bottlers in the beverage industry. The engagement will provide the bottler with comprehensive hardware and software solutions to support the company's near-term growth objectives and operational scalability. Under the two-phased agreement, WidePoint will deliver end-to-end managed services to ensure the bottler meets critical IT and infrastructure milestones tied to expansion and productivity initiatives. The second phase is scheduled for the second half of 2026 as part of an overall technical refresh initiative.
