UNIFI Completes Sale of Real Estate Assets in North Carolina for $60M
UNIFI announced that it has completed the previously disclosed sale of two non-strategic real estate assets in Yadkin County, North Carolina for $60M in gross proceeds, before fees and expenses. The assets sold include approximately 120 acres of land and 500,000 square feet of warehouse space across two operating locations in Yadkin County. The transaction is expected to have no impact to UNIFI's production capacity, minimal operational impact, and no change in serving customers from the Yadkin County campus. Net proceeds from the transaction were used to fully repay the existing $55.5M term loan balance, and the closing represents a meaningful transformation of the business to further enable sustainable, long-term shareholder value creation.

In addition, UNIFI also announces the launch of Resist2O Pro, an expansion of water-resistant offerings engineered for all types of fabric formation. Designed to deliver durable water resistance without compromising fabric performance, Resist2O Pro gives brands and manufacturers greater freedom to develop water-resistant fabrics for a wide range of textile applications, without the use of topical treatments or fluorinated chemistry. From apparel and footwear to furnishings and industrial, Resist2O Pro is ready to perform in a variety of applications.

Reports Q4 revenue $144.2M vs $138.5M last year. Eddie Ingle, Chief Executive Officer of Unifi, Inc., stated, "We closed fiscal 2026 with clear momentum, highlighted by meaningful improvement in profitability and cash generation. These results reflect disciplined execution of our cost reduction, operational optimization, and portfolio management initiatives, each of which have driven lower our revenue break-even point. As we enter fiscal 2027, UNIFI is operating from a healthier financial position, with a more focused cost structure and a balance sheet that we expect to further strengthen through the planned sale of non-strategic real estate assets."
