Reports Q2 revenue $19.29M, consensus $20.01M. "Unfortunately, the financial performance of the business does not reflect the superiority of the portfolio. Our second quarter revenue was negatively impacted by a decline in OviTex PRS volumes and continued price and mix headwinds in hernia procedures. In response, we have returned to a sales structure designed to reinforce cross-selling among our field teams, and with a clear focus on returning to growth in the second half the year," said Heather Getz, newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of TELA Bio.

Tela Bio (TELA) announced that the board of directors has appointed Heather Getz as CEO and director, effective immediately. Getz joins Tela Bio having most recently served as executive VP and chief financial and operations officer at Butterfly Network (BFLY).

Reports Q4 revenue $20.87M, consensus $21.04M. "We closed 2025 with our strongest quarterly revenue on record, delivering $20.9 million and 18% growth over Q4 2024 while holding operating expenses essentially flat for the year, demonstrating the operating leverage we expect to continue to see in the years ahead," said Antony Koblish, Co-Founder and CEO of Tela Bio. "Over the last six months we strengthened our leadership and upgraded the commercial field organization. Today, the team we have assembled is the best we have ever had, with 89 revenue-generating reps in place to drive greater penetration into key markets throughout the U.S. Based on the current ramp of tenured reps in the field, we are confident in the team's ability to deliver at least 8% revenue growth in 2026, and keep us on a path to profitability without the need to raise additional capital."
