Presidio Property Trust announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor for the purchase and sale of 170,830 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $12.00 per share, pursuant to a registered direct offering, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $2.05M, before deducting placement agent commissions and other offering expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 15, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
Presidio Property Trust reports sale of seven homes for $3.5M in Q2
Presidio Property Trust announced that in the second quarter of 2025, through subsidiary and affiliate entities, have sold seven homes for a total of approximately $3.5M. These homes were purchased between 2020 and 2023 with a total acquisition price of approximately $3.2M. Additionally, the company acquired 10 homes totaling approximately $5.2M, located in Texas, Alabama and Tennessee. Model homes account for approximately 34% of net real estate assets and approximately 24% of rental revenue. The company wholly owns 68 of the 87 model homes in its portfolio as of June 30, 2025.
