Company Reports Q3 Revenue of $42K, Below Expectations

Reports Q3 revenue $42K, consensus $75K. Cash, cash equivalents and marketable investment securities ended the quarter at $72.8M with total cash burn from operations in Q3 of $7.3M. "Q3 marked an important step forward as we continued our transition from evidence generation to commercial execution," said CEO Zhenya Lindgardt. "We delivered strong growth in physician adoption and test volume, saw expanded reimbursement through a second state Medicaid coverage win in Florida, advanced our commercial payer initiatives, and continued to strengthen our clinical and health economic evidence base. Furthermore, following strong supporting evidence, we are working with our notified body to submit our CE Mark for our kit-based PreTRM Global test. We believe these accomplishments further validate our strategy and position us well as we work toward establishing PreTRM as a foundational component of prenatal care."

Company Reports Q2 Revenue of $30K, Below Expectations

Reports Q2 revenue $30K, consensus $50K. "During the second quarter, we continued to build momentum across the key drivers of long-term adoption, including payer engagement, policy advancement, clinical evidence generation, and organizational strength," said CEO Zhenya Lindgardt. "The launch of our fourth partnership program, progress in payer engagement, the new Illinois Medicaid coverage law, the publication of compelling PRIME data in first-time mothers, and growing recognition from the maternal-fetal medicine community reinforce our belief that precision, biology-driven pregnancy care can improve outcomes for mothers and babies while creating meaningful value for healthcare systems. While we remain in the early stages of market development, we have been encouraged by the steady month-to-month increase in testing volume following publication of the PRIME study, which we believe reflects growing provider awareness and adoption."
