Ryde Group Signs MOU with Dimension AI to Explore GPUaaS Collaboration Worth Up to $278M

Ryde Group announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding, or MOU, with Dimension AI Pte, a Singapore-headquartered AI infrastructure company, to explore a proposed GPU-as-aService. or GPUaaS, collaboration with an indicative aggregate value of up to $278M, being Dimension AI's preliminary estimate of the total capital cost of the proposed platform, subject to definitive agreements and other applicable conditions. The parties intend that the platform would provide GPUaaS capacity over an initial three-year period, which does not represent an agreed commercial term under the MOU. The indicative value represents a preliminary estimate of potential aggregate project activity and does not constitute contracted revenue, guaranteed customer commitments or revenue attributable to Ryde. The actual commercial structure, financial arrangements and scope of the collaboration remain subject to further assessment and definitive agreements. The MOU provides a framework for the parties to evaluate opportunities combining Ryde's commercial capabilities and regional relationships with Dimension AI's expertise in AI factory development, GPU cloud infrastructure and technical operations. Specific commercial terms, scope, financing and implementation arrangements remain subject to further discussions and definitive documentation.

Ryde Group Signs MOU with OneT Solutions

Ryde Group announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with OneT Solutions, a Singapore-based provider of cybersecurity, DevSecOps and managed security solutions. The MOU establishes a framework for Ryde and OneT to explore collaboration in strengthening Ryde's cybersecurity capabilities and supporting the continued resilience of its technology platform. The collaboration will include discussions on areas such as application security, DevSecOps, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, managed detection and response, security operations, and related cybersecurity initiatives. Under the MOU, Ryde and OneT will explore opportunities for collaboration across cybersecurity and DevSecOps initiatives, with the detailed scope of work, implementation approach and commercial arrangements to be discussed separately and documented through Statements of Work or other written agreements where appropriate. In addition to the collaboration contemplated by the MOU, Ryde and OneT may explore other forms of strategic cooperation, including potential investment or merger and acquisition opportunities.

Ryde Group Enters MOU with UISEE for Strategic Collaboration

Ryde Group announced it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with UISEE Technologies. The MOU establishes a framework for strategic collaboration between the two companies to jointly explore autonomous vehicle related projects and opportunities in Singapore. Ryde is collaborating with UISEE to establish a framework to explore potential strategic initiatives for AV integration. Under this MOU, the companies plan to share industry knowledge, market insights, and operational expertise where relevant. Additionally, Ryde and UISEE intend to engage with relevant regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders in Singapore to assess the operational feasibility of AVs. This collaboration brings together two complementary strengths: Ryde's established mobility platform, operational network, and deep understanding of Southeast Asia's urban transport landscape, alongside UISEE's proven autonomous driving technology and systems expertise. Together, the companies aim to explore how autonomous solutions can be thoughtfully assessed for future integration into real-world mobility environments, with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
