RCI Hospitality Reports Nightclub Sales of $57.6 Million in Q4

RCI Hospitality Holdings reported club and sports bar sales for the fiscal 2026 fourth quarter and year ended September 30, 2026. Sales do not include non-core operations and are subject to final closing. All comparisons are year over year except where noted. Nightclubs: $57.6M from 55 clubs in same-store sales, $1.8M from a newly reformatted club not included in same-store sales, and the absence of $1.0M in sales from four clubs closed subsequent to the year-ago quarter. Bombshells: $7.7M from nine locations in same-store sales and $3.4M from three new locations not in same-store sales -- Denver, CO, Lubbock, TX, and Rowlett, TX. Travis Reese, Interim President and CEO of RCI, said: "Fourth quarter total club and sports bar sales increased 0.8%, with Bombshells up 18.3% and Nightclubs down 1.9%. Despite challenging macroeconomic conditions, same-store sales increased 12.1% at Bombshells and declined just 2.7% at Nightclubs. Bombshells reflected new strategies and leadership implemented mid-FY26, while Nightclubs operational adjustments made quickly mid-quarter helped improve sales sequentially in September"

RCIHH Reports Q3 Revenue of $73.9M

Reports Q3 revenue $73.9M vs $71.1M last year. Travis Reese, Interim President and CEO, said: "We're pleased to report another quarter of improved performance in many key metrics. Sales, EPS, non-GAAP EPS, net income attributable to RCIHH common stockholders, and adjusted EBITDA all increased, while we used our strong cash position to continue to buy back shares and reduce debt. Bombshells' performance was driven by new locations and same-store sales growth of 4.7%, while increased activity related to high-profile professional basketball and soccer events benefited Nightclubs as well as Bombshells. These factors helped offset cautious discretionary spending earlier in 3Q26 due to geopolitical uncertainty and its impact on inflation. Results also reflected lower impairment and insurance costs."
