RenX Enterprises Installs Microtec UTM 1200 Mill in Florida

RenX Enterprises announced that its licensed Microtec UTM 1200 Turbo Mill has arrived at the Company's 80+ acre FDEP-permitted organics processing facility in Myakka City, Florida. Site work supporting installation is underway, and commissioning is expected in the coming weeks. The UTM 1200 is manufactured in Bobingen, Germany by Microtec, which lists the model in its published Turbomuhle UTM product line. RenX operates the system under license. The mill is what will let RenX make growing media where it is used. Peat is mined and imported, largely from Canada. Bark and topsoil travel comparable distances. Because this material is bulky and light, freight is a meaningful part of what a Florida buyer pays for something that started somewhere else. RenX is paid to collect organic material across its Florida service area, will mill it at its permitted Myakka City site, and delivers on its own trucks to customers in the same region. Permitted organics processing sites are capital, land, and regulation intensive to establish, which constrains competing supply. The Company believes that combination of local feedstock, a permitted site, and owned logistics gives locally produced material a cost position in regional markets that extraction and long-haul freight cannot easily replicate.

RenX Enterprises Sells Georgia Property for $2.6M

RenX Enterprises announced that a joint venture in which its subsidiary holds a 50% interest has entered into a purchase and sale agreement to sell the Norman Berry property, an approximately 7.7 acre parcel in East Point, Fulton County, Georgia, for a purchase price of $2.6M. The purchaser is a Florida-based real estate development company. The agreement is effective as of August 17, 2026. The sale advances a strategy the Company has described consistently: monetize non-core legacy real estate and redeploy that capital into its vertically integrated processing platform at Myakka City, Florida, where the Company is preparing to commission its Microtec milling system in the second half of 2026. At closing, of the $2.6M purchase price, it is expected that the joint venture will first apply approximately $800,000 to repay two notes RenX holds against the property, plus accrued interest, with the remaining approximately $1.8M split under the joint venture, of which the Company's 50% share is approximately $900,000. The Company expects to utilize this capital to support its core operations at Myakka City.

RenX Enterprises Reports Record Revenue in Q2

"The second quarter gave us certain of the proof points we were building toward: record revenue, our two primary segments growing, and a second consecutive profitable quarter at the Logistics segment," said David Villarreal, Chief Executive Officer of RenX Enterprises. "With the Microtec mill on the water and site preparation well advanced, the second half of 2026 will be about execution: landing the mill, commissioning it, and converting the throughput of our Myakka City platform into engineered substrate at meaningfully higher margins. The launch of our land clearing division shows how we intend to grow, with services that pay us on both sides of the transaction and feed the platform at the same time."
