Rain Enhancement Technologies Signs Exclusive Agreement with Turkish Company
Rain Enhancement Technologies has signed an exclusive representation and equipment lease agreement with Ulusal Atmosferik Iyonizasyon Teknolojileri San ve Tic Anonim Sirketi, a Turkiye-based company focused on water resource management and climate adaptation. Under the agreement, UASIT becomes RET's exclusive representative for the deployment of its Weather Enhancement Technology Array platform in the Republic of Turkiye. The initial focus of the partnership will be the Egirdir Lake Basin in Isparta Province, where RET and UASIT intend to evaluate the WETA platform's potential to support natural precipitation and improve water security for drinking water supply, agricultural irrigation, and lake and reservoir management. RET and UASIT also intend to evaluate potential pilot opportunities in other water-stressed regions of Turkiye, including the Izmir region, Central Anatolia, the Mediterranean region, and Southeastern Anatolia, subject to appropriate conditions and institutional approvals.

Rain Enhancement Technologies announced continued measurable snowpack enhancement from its Utah installation through the winter 2025-2026 season. The Company's Weather Enhancement Technology Array system demonstrated consistent performance across three consecutive months during one of the driest winters in recent Western U.S. history. February 2026 results showed snowpack enhancement of 2.4 inches and snow-water equivalent gains of approximately 1.4 inches at the treatment site in the La Sal Mountains compared to the control site in the nearby Abajo Mountains. The February data, evaluated against the five driest February months from the past decade, continues the pattern of measurable enhancement established in December and January, providing cumulative validation of the technology's effectiveness during extreme drought conditions. The snow-water equivalent gains are particularly significant given the extreme conditions during the measurement period. Despite record-warm temperatures causing ongoing snowpack melt and declining accumulated precipitation across the region, the treated areas maintained measurably higher water content than control sites, demonstrating the technology's effectiveness even under the most challenging environmental conditions. "Three consecutive months of measurable enhancement during one of the most challenging winters on record demonstrates both the technology's reliability and its value for water-stressed regions," said Randy Seidl, CEO, "This consistent performance provides the kind of sustained validation that water managers and policymakers need to make infrastructure decisions. Rain Enhancement Technologies Achieves Measurable Snowpack Increase in Utah
Rain Enhancement Technologies Holdco announced measurable snowpack enhancement from its Utah installation during January 2026, continuing positive results following December operations. Despite one of the driest winters in recent Western U.S. history, the company's Weather Enhancement Technology Array system demonstrated over 3.5 inches of additional snowpack in the La Sal Mountains compared to the control site in the Abajo Mountains, exceeding historical patterns for comparable dry years by more than 20%. The results provide quantitative validation of the technology's effectiveness during severe drought conditions affecting the western United States. Much of the region is experiencing record-warm temperatures and historically low snowpack, with water managers warning of reduced stream flows and reservoir shortfalls. The January operational data demonstrates WETA's capability to enhance precipitation when water resources are most critically needed. "If there was ever a test for whether this technology works, this is it," said Randy Seidl, CEO of Rain Enhancement Technologies. Rain Enhancement Technologies Launches Research to Remove Air Pollution
Rain Enhancement Technologies announced a research initiative to explore whether its proven ionization technology can remove harmful airborne pollution from the atmosphere. The concept is to use ionization to charge tiny particles suspended in smog and pull them to the ground, rather than leaving them in the air where they can be inhaled into lungs. The research represents a new application of the same technology RET uses to enhance rainfall and snowpack. This initiative represents a natural extension of RET's successful ionization technology, which has demonstrated measurable precipitation enhancement results. The research will investigate how the same ionization principles that enhance rainfall and snowpack can potentially be applied to remove harmful particulate matter from the atmosphere through a process known as "dry deposition." The research is being conducted in collaboration with leading experts Dr. Arquimedes Ruiz-Columbie, an atmospheric scientist, and Dr. Daniel Martin, both recognized specialists in ionization technology and weather modification. Dr. Ruiz-Columbie serves as Senior Lecturer at Texas Tech University and President of Active Influence and Scientific Management. Dr. Martin is President/CEO of Pluvium, LLC and a retired Research Engineer with USDA-ARS.
