Novonix's Riverside Project Selected for Korea-U.S. Infrastructure Initiative
Novonix welcomes the announcement by the Republic of Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development that the company's Riverside synthetic graphite AAM manufacturing project has been selected for inclusion in a South Korea-U.S. government-led infrastructure initiative designed to connect major U.S. projects with Korean companies, investors and strategic financing partners. "We are honored that the Riverside project has been selected for review as part of this significant Korea-U.S. infrastructure initiative," said Mike O'Kronley, CEO of Novonix. "The inclusion of Riverside in this program provides an opportunity to introduce our project to leading Korean companies and institutions as we continue advancing one of North America's most important battery materials manufacturing platforms. We are particularly encouraged by the collaborative approach being taken by MOLIT and KIND, including the potential to connect projects with strategic partners and financing resources that can help accelerate development."

Novonix Delivers Synthetic Graphite Sample to Panasonic Energy
Novonix announced the delivery of a mass production qualification sample of synthetic graphite anode active material to its lead customer, Panasonic Energy. The company said, "This milestone marks the first known delivery of a Synthetic Graphite AAM C-sample produced in North America, representing a critical step towards establishing a U.S. supply chain in an industry currently dominated by China. The Company's testing shows the material meets all Panasonic's required specifications, though formal validation remains subject to Panasonic's assessment over the coming months. Qualification of anode active materials is a rigorous process, and timelines can vary depending on customer-specific material requirements and qualification protocols. The Company's delivery of a C-sample represents the achievement of a significant step in the final stages of the qualification process with Panasonic and underscores NOVONIX's advancement toward full-scale commercial production."
Novonix reaches significant operational milestone
Novonix announced the delivery of its first mass production, commercial-grade sample of synthetic graphite for industrial applications to one of North America's largest value-added carbon processors with a global market reach. Novonix provided an industrial-grade mass production sample of specified products for final qualification for use in various industrial applications. Industrial-grade product qualification is fast and flexible and enables a faster path to market than battery-grade synthetic graphite. Any target supply volumes will be further defined once final product qualification has been completed and a definitive supply agreement has been established.
