Nova Minerals CEO Attends Roundtable with U.S. Department of Energy
Nova Minerals reports Chief Executive Officer Christopher Gerteisen has attended a roundtable with the United States Department of Energy, DoE, where he briefed officials on the Company's progress towards establishing an integrated U.S. domestic antimony supply chain from its Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project in Alaska, including production of military-grade antimony trisulfide. Highlights: U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright reiterated the importance of Nova Minerals' antimony trisulfide production from Estelle and the role it will have in supporting the U.S. Government's domestic critical minerals objectives. Secretary Wright reinforced the DoE's commitment to supporting Alaskan mining, processing, and refining operations, with initiatives to augment the state's power generation and transmission infrastructure. Nova is advancing an integrated antimony mining, processing, and refining operation in Alaska to provide a secure domestic supply, fully-funded by a $43.4M Department of War, DoW, award.
Nova Minerals Completes US Redomicile, Launches 2026 Field Season
Nova Minerals is pleased to announce that its redomicile to the United States has been successfully completed and to provide an update on its 2026 field season, with exploration and development activities now well underway. Nova Minerals CEO, Christopher Gerteisen, commented: "I am pleased to announce that our 2026 field season is now underway and continuing to ramp up, with up to four drill rigs focused on expanding our gold and antimony resources. The Company continues to execute on the Department of Defense-funded antimony project, supported by US$43.4 million in funding, with procurement of key mining and processing equipment now complete. Antimony ore extraction and process plant construction remain on schedule to commence this year. In parallel, we have successfully completed a ZTEM geophysical survey, which will significantly enhance our targeting capabilities and support our generative exploration programs. These programs are now underway with the objective of making new discoveries and advancing more than 20 existing prospects across the Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project, which spans over 200 square miles. These exciting operational milestones, combined with the successful completion of our U.S. redomicile, represent a transformational period for Nova Minerals as we continue to advance rapidly toward antimony and gold production. Nova Minerals Suspends Trading to Complete Re-domiciliation
Following orders issued by the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the schemes of arrangement becoming effective on June 3, the company has suspended trading of its ordinary shares on the ASX and OTC markets, as well as its ADSs and listed warrants on Nasdaq. The trading suspension has been implemented to allow the company sufficient time to complete the various steps required under the schemes and finalize its re-domiciliation to the United States. The re-domiciliation process is expected to be completed on or around June 16, following which trading of Nova Minerals Corp's ASX-listed CHESS Depositary Interests under the ticker code "NVA", and its NYSE American-listed common stock and listed warrants under the ticker codes "NVA" and "NVAWW", respectively, is expected to resume shortly thereafter. Following implementation of the schemes, all securityholders registered as at the record date of June 9 will retain the same proportional ownership interest; however, their holdings will be exchanged for securities in the newly established U.S.-domiciled parent company, Nova Minerals Corp.
