NACG Cuts FY26 Adjusted EBITDA Outlook to C$370M-$400M
Consensus C$1.52B. Cuts FY26 adjusted EBITDA view to C$370M-$400M from C$380M-C$420M. "We are raising our full-year combined revenue outlook range to $1.7 billion to $1.8 billion, while tightening our adjusted EBITDA guidance range to $370 million to $400 million to reflect a slower pace of earnings improvement than anticipated," said Jason Veenstra, Chief Financial Officer of NACG. "Our $3.2 billion contractual backlog supports the revised outlook, and we expect fourth-quarter improvement from the continued ramp-up of IMC, stronger Australian margins, increased oil sands utilization, and Nuna's fleet expansion in Nunavut. Delivering the $385 million adjusted EBITDA midpoint will require disciplined execution, with our focus on translating the operating opportunities into improved profitability."
Company Reports Q3 Revenue of C$413.28M, Beating Expectations
Reports Q3 revenue C$413.28M, consensus C$405.62M. "Revenue remained near our quarterly record of $450 million, underpinning our raised full-year revenue outlook. We are seeing tangible benefits from fleet optimization in Canada and further opportunities to improve productivity and returns across our Australian businesses. While our core businesses delivered less improvement than anticipated and Fargo was a significant disappointment, we have already applied the lessons from that project to our approach to project selection and operating structures," commented Barry Palmer, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Barry Palmer: Q1 Revenue at C$422.5M
Reports Q1 revenue C$422.5M vs. C$391.5M last year. "Our operations teams on both sides of the Pacific performed ahead of the expectations we had set entering the year. I am encouraged by their performance as the quarter reflected disciplined execution, improved operating focus, and, with that, early progress against the priorities we established for 2026 - in both our core regions of Australia and Canada," commented CEO Barry Palmer. "Due to the seasonal spring break-up in the oil sands region, historically generating a 15% revenue impact between Q1 and Q2, we maintain our original outlook for the second quarter and maintain our strong second half outlook which is immediately ahead of us with the task at hand to execute. I am looking forward to leading our teams through what I believe will be a very exciting 2026 and an even stronger 2027. Our business is positioned to generate the free cash flow that underpins our investment decisions and we will continue to steward that cash flow with strategic discipline for the benefit of our shareholders".
