NovaBridge Appoints Chuck Silberstein as CFO

NovaBridge announced the appointment of Chuck Silberstein as CFO, effective November 2. Silberstein succeeds Kyler Lei, who is stepping down following a successful tenure with the company. Most recently, Silberstein served as co-founder and CEO of FytonBio.

NovaBridge Biosciences Updates Givastomig Study Results

NovaBridge Biosciences announced the presentation of updated results from the ongoing Phase 1b study of givastomig, a CLDN18.2 x 4-1BB bispecific antibody, in combination with nivolumab and chemotherapy for patients with HER2-negative first-line metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. The results were presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology, ESMO, Congress 2026 in Madrid, Spain. Updated Clinical Dataset Strengthens Foundation for Registrational Development: Among efficacy-evaluable patients treated at the selected 8 mg/kg dose: Objective response rate of 79%, disease control rate of 97%, Median duration of response of 15.2 months, Median progression-free survival of 16.9 months, Median follow-up of 17.8 months. Wuhan Hiteck Signs Exclusive License Agreement with Visara for HT006.2.2

Wuhan Hiteck Biological Pharma Co. announced that it has entered into an exclusive license agreement with Visara, a majority-owned ophthalmology subsidiary of NovaBridge Biosciences, for HT006.2.2, an investigational next-generation modified recombinant human nerve growth factor eye drop being developed for the treatment of neurotrophic keratitis. Visara plans to develop HT006.2.2 as VIS-102. Under the terms of the License Agreement, Visara will receive exclusive rights to develop and commercialize HT006.2.2 worldwide excluding Greater China, and Hiteck retains all rights in Greater China. Hiteck will receive an upfront payment and is eligible to receive development, regulatory and commercial milestone payments, as well as tiered royalties on net sales. A joint steering committee will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of research and development activities under the License Agreement, technology transfer, management of the global development plan and expansion studies, information exchange, and such other functions as the parties may agree in writing.
