Microbot Medical Granted Patent in Canada
Microbot Medical announced that the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, or CIPO, granted the company a patent for an adaptor for coupling a proximal portion of an elongate surgical tool to a motorized robotic surgical device. With this patent, the company now holds 45 issued patents and 48 patent applications worldwide, including 21 issued patents in North America, as it continues to seek protection for the distinctive and unique characteristics of the Liberty System.
Microbot Medical Signs Order with ELMNT IR for Liberty Devices
Microbot Medical announced that ELMNT IR, a multisite outpatient interventional radiology practice in California, has signed an order to purchase up to a 12-month supply of Liberty devices. ELMNT IR became the first Office-Based Laboratory, or OBL, customer in the world to utilize the Liberty Endovascular Robotic System, and the company's first customer on the West Coast. An OBL is an outpatient care setting that enables physicians to perform minimally invasive, image-guided procedures outside of the traditional hospital environment.
Microbot Medical Signs Three-Year Exclusive Agreement with Medtechnica
Microbot Medical announced that it has signed a three-year exclusive commercial distribution agreement with Medtechnica to market and sell the company's Liberty System in Israel. The company received regulatory approval from the Israeli Ministry of Health's AMAR Division, the authority responsible for medical device regulation in Israel, and was registered in the Israeli Medical Device Registry in May. The company anticipates initial orders from Medtechnica under the agreement during the fourth quarter of 2026.

Microbot Medical has entered into a letter of agreement with Sanmina Corporation to manufacture the Liberty System. The company believes it is necessary to expand its manufacturing capacity to meet expected demand from existing and new accounts as well as to support its cost reduction strategy.
Microbot Medical Enters Agreement with Lovell Government Services
Microbot Medical has entered into an agreement with Lovell Government Services to serve federal healthcare systems, such as those administered by the Veterans Health Administration, a division of the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, the Military Health System, which is run by the U.S. Department of Defense, and the U.S. Indian Health Service. Lovell Government Services will become company's Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business vendor to serve these customers through federal contracting systems.
