Life360 Launches New Pet Services and Tags
Life360 announced the launch of several new pet-focused offerings including new in-app Care and Connection features, like pre-set recurring routines, Zoomies Alerts, and activity roundups, as well as a new QR code Life360 Pet Tag. Shared Care logs can be set to run on a recurring schedule to remind anyone in the family Circle to record walks, feedings, litter pan cleanings, or even medications with a tap. Completed care routines are visible to everyone. Zoomies Alerts track when a pet has a burst of joy, and a Weekly Roundup recaps their routines like distance walked and who provided the most care. The Life360 Pet Tag, priced at $7.99, is a new stainless-steel QR code collar tag that allows the finder of a lost pet to call or text its owner, or share location details with its family Circle instantly, no app required. Contact details linked to a Pet Tag can be updated any time through the pet's Life360 pet profile. There are already over 8M pets on Life360. Some Connection features require a linked Life360 Pet GPS tracker, which Life360 is making more accessible with a new Silver Bundle option. Previously enabled with only Platinum or Gold subscriptions, the new Silver Bundle includes a Life360 Pet GPS tracker and Silver tier subscription service for $99, renewing at $99/year. Life360 Pet Tag and Life360 Pet GPS are now available on Amazon.com and Life360.com in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.K.

Stock Futures Modestly Higher as Investors Await CPI Report
Stock futures are modestly higher as investors look ahead to Wednesday's July consumer-price report, while developments surrounding the Strait of Hormuz continue to drive oil and inflation expectations. Progress in talks between Iran and Oman over maritime activity has helped pull oil prices lower after Brent briefly approached $90 a barrel amid the latest U.S.-Iran tensions. The July CPI report is a catalyst this week, with economists surveyed by Reuters expecting headline inflation to rise 3.4% year over year and core CPI to increase 2.5%. The report will be particularly important following last week's unexpectedly weak July jobs report, which showed payrolls falling by 23,000 and prompted markets to sharply reduce expectations for a September Fed rate hike. A hotter-than-expected CPI reading could push those expectations back in the opposite direction. The market is also continuing to digest a strong earnings season and the durability of the AI investment cycle. Super Micro Computer and CoreWeave are scheduled to report after the close, giving investors another opportunity to assess demand for AI infrastructure and whether spending levels remain sustainable. In pre-market trading, S&P 500 futures rose 0.16%, Nasdaq futures rose 0.37% and Dow futures rose 0.08%.Check out this morning's top movers from around Wall Street, compiled by The Fly.HIGHER -ACV Auctionsup 13% after Bloombergthe company is exploring strategic alternatives, including a potential sale or strategic partnershipFirst Solarup 3% after Baird initiated coverage of the stock with an Outperform rating and a price target of $318UP AFTER EARNINGS -Babcock & Wilcoxup 34%Riot Platformsup 17%Alconup 3%Cardinal Healthup 1%DOWN AFTER EARNINGS -Life360down 27%Upworkdown 16%On Holdingdown 13%Hims & Hersdown 6%Rocket Labdown 4%LOWER -Inteldown 1% after increasing the size of its share sale to $20B in common stock from $15B
Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Shares Up 39.5%
Equity futures are little changed in the opening hour of the evening session as narrow trading ranges established late last week persisted on Monday. Traders continue to balance the narrative of clouded visibility regarding the prospects of a sustainable U.S.-Iran war resolution and the ability of broader indices to offset the increasingly vulnerable rally in Semiconductors with strength in other areas. Infrastructure and SaaS names balanced out the weakness in Semis - including Nvidia's3% drop - on Monday. Energy and Healthcare have also traded higher, while Tech, Utilities, and Real Estate lagged in the S&P 500.Fixed income markets continue to command plenty of attention heading into this Wednesday's key CPI data. The brief retreat in Treasury yields following the soft employment report on Friday was briskly reversed on Monday due to oil price spillover concerns on broader inflation, with the 10-year now pushing back to the 4.7% level. Probabilities implied by the swaps market have also reset the dial for expectations of a 25 basis point hike at the next FOMC meeting in September back above 50%.Check out this evening's top movers from around Wall Street, compiled by The Fly.HIGHER AFTER EARNINGS -Babcock & Wilcox Enterprisesup 39.5%NIQ Global Intelligenceup 17.4%Riot Platformsup 10.9%Alconup 5.9%ALSO HIGHER -Fermiup 20.4% after announcing TensorWave lease agreementEverpureup 7.3% after announcing a hyperscaler design winDOWN AFTER EARNINGS -Life360down 28.2%Upworkdown 19.3%USA Rare Earthdown 9.4%Hims & Hers Healthdown 6.5%Rocket Labdown 6.4%GoProdown 5.4%
