KIDZ AI Enters Strategic Transaction with Huading Development
KIDZ AI entered into a strategic transaction designed to establish an AI infrastructure and GPU compute platform in Southeast Asia. The facility at the center of the transaction is Cambodia's first Tier III data center and has been designated by the Royal Government of Cambodia as the country's national cloud data center. Operational and energized today, the facility is designed for 99.98% uptime and supported by dual-feed utility power with redundant transformers, backup generators, and redundant UPS and precision cooling systems. It is carrier-neutral, with twelve interconnection providers available on site, and connects to three international submarine cable systems linking the country to Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore, with onward connectivity to additional international routes available on demand. Under the transaction agreements, KIDZ AI has agreed, subject to customary closing conditions, to acquire a 2.0% minority equity interest in HUADING DEVELOPMENT CO., owner and operator of the facility, establishing KIDZ AI as a strategic equity partner. In connection with KIDZ AI's acquisition, KIDZ AI will secure contractual priority rights to capacity at the facility, including a three-year right of first refusal to lease up to 1 MW of data center load in one or more tranches and a 30-day exclusive right of first offer on future capacity expansions. The tranche structure is designed to allow KIDZ AI to scale deployments in phases, in step with customer demand, while the right of first offer on expansions provides a pathway to additional and higher-density capacity as the facility grows.
KIDZ AI Reports Q2 Revenue of $481,831
Reports Q2 revenue $481,831 vs. $725,648 last year. "The second quarter of 2026 represented a defining inflection point for KIDZ AI," said Stephanie Luo, CEO. "In six months, we have fundamentally transformed our balance sheet - more than tripling our cash position, retiring 92% of our convertible debt, and growing stockholders' equity by more than 160% - while executing our strategic pivot toward AI compute infrastructure. As expected during this transition, near-term service revenue reflected our deliberate shift in focus; we believe the AI compute revenue we are working toward represents a more scalable and durable foundation for growth. At the same time, we remain deeply committed to our education roots. We believe that the launch of KIDZBot and our EdTechX Award win demonstrate that KIDZ AI continues to lead in AI-native education innovation. With a strengthened balance sheet, expanding AI infrastructure capabilities, and a differentiated Physical AI education platform, we believe KIDZ AI is uniquely positioned, and we remain focused on disciplined execution and long-term value creation for our shareholders."

Alibaba Unveils Largest AI Model, Shares Surge
Catch up on the top artificial intelligence news and commentary by Wall Street analysts on publicly traded companies in the space with this daily recap compiled by The Fly.LARGEST MODEL YET:China's Alibabaon Monday unveiled its largest and most capable AI model to date, sending its shares surging, while a research firm said DeepSeek's latest product offers cut-throat pricing that is more than 100 times cheaper than Anthropic's Claude Fable 5, Reuters' Eduardo Baptista. The two developments highlight the rapid pace of advancement in AI by Chinese tech companies, which are locked in a fierce and fast-moving battle to build more powerful systems without making them prohibitively expensive to run, the author adds.COLLABORATION:Superblocks and Amazon Web Services, an Amazoncompany, announced a multi-year collaboration to make Superblocks' generative AI platform available within customers' AWS environments, including Amazon Bedrock. Amazon Bedrock is a platform for building generative AI applications and agents at production scale, providing access to a broad selection of fully managed models from leading AI companies through a unified API. As a result, enterprise customers will be able to build, secure, and deploy AI applications while leveraging the security, privacy, and performance of AWS. As part of the collaboration, Superblocks will integrate with Amazon Aurora to spin up databases for new AI-generated applications with best-in-class price-performance and scale-to-zero capabilities within the customer's environment. As part of the collaboration, AWS will serve as Superblocks' preferred cloud provider, and both companies will co-market this new offering to customers leveraging AWS field enablement, as well as promote hands-on AI app development workshops to help enterprises move from AI prototypes to governed production applications on AWS. Customers will also be able to procure Superblocks through AWS Marketplace, simplifying contracting, budget alignment, and committed-spend utilization for AWS customers adopting Superblocks across business teams.MEMORY COSTS, AI REGULATION:Phillip Securities downgraded Appleto Reduce from Neutral with an unchanged price target of $290. Supply constraints, rising memory costs and AI regulations weigh on the near term, and so far, there is no clear evidence that Apple Intelligence is meaningfully driving product upgrades, the firm tells investors.DATA CENTER:KIDZ AIannounced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding, or MOU, with Limestone Networks, a Texas-based cloud and data center infrastructure provider, for the proposed deployment of the company's AI computing infrastructure at the DFW3 data center in Dallas, Texas. The planned deployment is intended to provide the power, physical space, network connectivity, and operating environment required for the dedicated NvidiaBlackwell B300 GPU cluster under KIDZ AI's previously announced 60-month, $44.6M definitive GPU compute services agreement with Canopy Wave, Inc. - advancing the company's neocloud strategy from contracted enterprise demand to physical infrastructure. The cluster is intended to support high-throughput, cost-efficient inference workloads for open-weight AI models. The GPU cluster will be ordered and deployed by KIDZ AI's wholly owned subsidiary. Under the MOU, the parties are evaluating two potential configurations at DFW3: a dedicated data hall of approximately 1.125 MW, or an alternative configuration using two data halls, subject to confirmation that capacity, distance, and connectivity between the halls meet KIDZ AI's technical requirements. If the dedicated hall is selected, deployment is expected to begin at approximately 0.5 to 0.6 MW and could ramp toward approximately 1.125 MW over time as GPU servers are delivered, installed, tested, and commissioned - with room to accommodate additional GPU infrastructure as future customer demand develops. The final configuration will be determined following further technical review.GOOGLE EARTH:On social media X, Googlewrote, "We know that people uniquely trust Google Earth for a reliable view of the world. We've seen geospatial professionals using this feature for a range of useful purposes, however we've also seen people sharing screenshots of generated imagery that appear to violate our policies. So we're rolling back this feature in Google Earth while we work on implementing stronger guardrails. It's important to note that generated images didn't appear in the main Google Earth experience for others to see and were watermarked as AI generated."
