Hadron Energy announced that Eric Williams has joined the Company as Executive Vice President of Engineering, effective August 31, 2026. Williams most recently as Executive Vice President, EVP, and Chief Operations Officer, COO, of TerraPower, where he oversaw the successful Nuclear Regulatory Commission, NRC, approval of the Natrium Construction Permit.

Hadron Energy Engages DLA Piper for Government Affairs Strategy
Hadron Energy announced that it has engaged global law firm DLA Piper to lead its government affairs and federal policy and funding strategy. The engagement brings a senior, bipartisan team from DLA Piper's Regulatory and Government Affairs and Projects practices to support Hadron as it advances the Halo MMR toward licensing and commercial deployment. "Commercializing the Halo MMR depends as much on federal funding support and strategy as on engineering," said Sam Gibson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hadron Energy. "DLA Piper brings experience spanning the highest levels of the U.S. government and the financing of major energy and nuclear projects worldwide. Hadron Energy Publishes First Patent Application
Hadron Energy, announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office, USPTO, published the Company's first patent application, "Micro Integral Nuclear Reactor," on May 7, 2026. The application is the foundational technical disclosure behind Hadron's flagship Halo Micro-Modular Reactor (MMR) and the first entry in the Company's growing intellectual property portfolio. Filed October 31, 2025 and claiming priority to a November 1, 2024 provisional application, it names Founder and Chief Executive Officer Samuel Gibson and Chief Nuclear Officer Ross Ridenoure among its inventors, alongside Christopher Neal and Andrew Ward.
