Healthcare Triangle announced the launch of ZoraNex, an AI-driven digital self-care therapy platform developed under its wholly owned subsidiary, QuantumNexis. ZoraNex will be available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store before end of Q2. Malaysia has been identified as a strategic entry point for Southeast Asia, supported by strong healthcare infrastructure, digital adoption, and regional connectivity.
Healthcare Triangle's Subsidiary QuantumNexis Secures New Customers
Healthcare Triangle's wholly owned subsidiary QuantumNexis has secured new healthcare customers in Kenya, Botswana, and Tanzania, with active engagements underway in Uganda and Egypt. The North African healthcare market is a major part of the broader Middle East and North Africa, or MENA, healthcare services sector, valued at $241.13B in 2024 and projected to reach $412.25B by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 7.0%. Quantum Nexis is also advancing a partnership with leading university hospital in Ethiopia to modernize and integrate its Laboratory Information Management System.
Healthcare Triangle Approves $2M Share Repurchase Program
Healthcare Triangle announces that its Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase program authorizing the company to repurchase up to $2M of its outstanding common stock. The 2026 Share Repurchase Plan was approved by the company's Board of Directors on March 9, and became effective immediately.
