CBL International Regains Nasdaq Compliance
CBL International Limited and its subsidiaries announced that on August 3, 2026, the company received a formal notification letter from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department confirming that the company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market. Previously on August 12, 2025, Nasdaq notified the company that its listed securities failed to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 per share over the previous 30 consecutive business days, as required by the Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The recent notification from Nasdaq indicated that for the 10 consecutive business days, from July 20, 2026 to July 31, 2026, the closing bid price of the Company's Class B ordinary shares was at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and Nasdaq has stated that this matter is now closed.
