Swarmer Forms Strategic Partnership with Vectus Air Defense Systems
Swarmer announced its strategic partnership with and equity investment in Vectus Air Defense Systems, a newly established company led by Erik Prince and focused on providing air defense as a service to governments and critical infrastructure operators. Vectus Air Defense Systems will design, integrate and operate complete layered air-defense systems under multi-year contractual agreements, encompassing system architecture, equipment, personnel, operations, management and maintenance - an end-to-end managed service designed around the specific threat environment and operating requirements of each customer. Swarmer will work closely with Vectus Air Defense Systems on the development of advanced counter-UAS capabilities, including drone interceptor swarming technology.
Swarmer Reports Q2 Revenue of $216.41M
Reports Q2 revenue $216.41M vs. $138.21M last year. Swarmer President & U.S. CEO Alex Fink stated: "The second quarter of 2026 marked our first full quarter as a public company and a period of meaningful progress across the business. We successfully added several new customers and advanced deployments across multiple unmanned platforms while continuing to invest in the team and technology needed to support future growth."
Swarmer Partners with Oak Grove to Develop Drone Technology
Swarmer announced a strategic partnership with Oak Grove Technologies to combine Swarmer's advanced autonomous software with OGT's proven unmanned aerial systems to deliver next-generation capabilities for U.S. defense, training and national security missions. As part of this collaboration, OGT became the first U.S.-based company to integrate Swarmer's autonomous software into its Chimera unmanned aircraft platform. Integration, testing and operational fielding were completed in late 2025 in Eastern Europe across a wide range of weather conditions and mission profiles. Approximately 100 test flights validated Swarmer's autonomous capabilities designed to support elite U.S. Special Operations Forces across all military branches.
Swarmer Signs MOU with Brightline Interactive
Swarmer announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Brightline Interactive, a subsidiary of The Glimpse Group. Brightline is a physical AI and spatial computing company that produces SpatialCore, an open standards-based interoperability and operational context platform that enables autonomous systems, AI agents, sensors and digital twins to operate from a shared understanding of the physical world. The agreement covers joint research and development, integration of the two companies' technologies and the pursuit of shared business opportunities through Brightline's existing relationships and contracting vehicles with the Department of War. Under the agreement, Swarmer will contribute its autonomy and swarm coordination software, along with years of battle-tested expertise in swarm behavior. Brightline will integrate Swarmer's technology with SpatialCore to expand access to operational data for AI model training and accelerate model development. Brightline also will provide SpatialCore's data and communications interoperability layer, support integration of Swarmer's autonomy software across its ecosystem of connected platforms and programs and leverage its established U.S. defense contracting pathways and customer relationships.
Swarmer Promotes Garrett Kasper to Chief Communications Officer
Swarmer promoted Garrett Kasper to Chief Communications Officer in recognition of his contributions since joining Swarmer as vice president of communications & marketing in December 2025. Kasper brings 30 years of communications leadership across the defense, aerospace, intelligence, cybersecurity, transportation, biotechnology, and health care industries. Prior to joining Swarmer, he managed external communications and media relations for several programs at L3Harris Technologies, including the VAMPIRE Counter-UAS system, which has been used extensively in Ukraine. In his new position, Kasper will continue to lead Swarmer's global marketing, branding, and corporate communications strategy as the Company scales.
