Reports Q2 revenue $25.3M, consensus $24.07M. The results mark 10 consecutive year-over-year quarters of revenue growth, supported by a 4% increase in gross profit and rapid conversion of e-commerce sales into operating cash flow. "We believe our positive trends will continue to accelerate through the balance of 2026 as we build out and execute on our channel strategy," said CEO Lenny Sokolow.
Skyx Platforms Signs Licensing Agreement with Eurofase
Skyx Platforms announced it signed a licensing agreement with U.S., Canada and Eurofase. Skyx will work together with Eurofase on their builder, hotel, residential and commercial segments. Eurofase operates globally with a manufacturing and distribution network spanning the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Reports Q1 revenue $22M, consensus $21.98M. The company said, "The Company is trending positively, generating record first quarter 2026 revenues of $22 million as compared to $20 million for the first quarter of 2025, a gross profit for the first quarter ending March 31, 2026, increasing comparatively by 16% to $7 million, compared to the first quarter ending March 31, 2025 and a gross margin for the first quarter ending March 31, 2026, increasing comparatively by 2% to 30%, compared to 28% in the first quarter ending March 31, 2025. We believe our positive trends will accelerate going into 2026 as we build out and execute on our channel strategy."
SKYX Platforms Deploys Smart Technologies at Historic Hotel in France
SKYX Platforms will deploy its advanced and smart technologies during a master renovation of an historical architectural preservation hotel The Grand Hotel du Parc, in La Bourboule, France. The historical hotel, formerly The Grand Medicis hotel, currently has 100 rooms and suites and is expected to build 30 additional rooms. The hotel amenities and areas include bars, restaurants, ballroom, spa and gym, among other hotel facilities. During the course of the three-phase renovation and new build, SKYX is expected to supply thousands of units of its advanced smart plug & play technologies comprising ceiling lighting, ceiling fans, recessed lights, down lights, EXIT signs, emergency lights, indoor and outdoor lights, wall lights among other advanced smart products.
Skyx Platforms Enters Agreement with OTT Heritage Hospitality
Skyx Platforms announced that it has entered into an agreement with OTT Heritage Hospitality. This agreement marks a significant step in Skyx's global expansion strategy as it continues to advance its mission to make hotels, homes, and buildings smarter, safer, and advanced. Under the agreement, Skyx's advanced and smart home and building technologies are expected to penetrate the vast European hotel market with over 132,000 hotels with hundreds of thousands of additional rooms in the development pipeline in addition to residential and commercial projects throughout Europe. During the course of the agreement Skyx and OTT Heritage Hospitality expect to deploy and market Skyx's disruptive technologies to hundreds of European hotels, buildings and developments with the aim of deploying hundreds of thousands of units across European hotel and real estate developments.
