Reports Q2 revenue $8.05M, consensus $7.88M. "Our second quarter results reflect continued execution against the strategic and financial priorities we outlined at the beginning of the year," said Robert Spignesi, President and CEO. Lake Street Lowers Rapid Micro Price Target to $7
Lake Street lowered the firm's price target on Rapid Micro Biosystems to $7 from $8 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company announced an underwritten public offering and concurrent registered direct offering with upfront gross proceeds of about $9.8M and potential additional gross proceeds of about $21.7M if the accompanying warrants are exercised in cash. The firm lowered its price target to reflect the increase in share count resulting from the financing.

The company reaffirmed its FY26 total revenue guidance range of $37.0M-$41.0M including a range of 30 to 38 Growth Direct system placements, at least 25 system validations and gross margin percentage of approximately 20%.
