NextTrip Announces Broader U.S. Rollout of JOURNYGO
NextTrip announced plans for a broader U.S. rollout of JOURNYGO following its initial beta phase. The next phase will extend JOURNYGO across additional JOURNY TV shows and U.S. distribution platforms, connecting destination programming with human-curated travel itineraries and access to travel planning experts. "JOURNYGO gives viewers a practical way to act on what inspires them," said Casey D'Ambra, President of Media at NextTrip. "They can watch a destination come to life on JOURNY TV, scan a QR code and explore a curated itinerary tied to that content. We have expanded the library and made it easier to find experiences by show or destination. Our next step is to bring that experience to more programming and more viewers, with real travel planning experts available to help along the way."
NextTrip Announces Joint Venture Agreement with TTAND
NextTrip announced a joint venture agreement with The Travel Agent Next Door, TTAND. The venture will connect Canadian viewers of JOURNY TV with travel planning, booking and fulfillment through a JOURNYGO Travel offering, providing NextTrip with an accelerated path to generating travel revenues in the Canadian market. The agreement combines NextTrip's content-to-commerce capabilities with TTAND's established Canadian travel infrastructure. NextTrip will generate travel inquiries through its streaming media and related marketing channels, while TTAND will provide a dedicated team of travel advisors, supplier access, booking services and end-to-end fulfillment. By leveraging these existing capabilities, NextTrip expects to accelerate its Canadian commercial rollout and shorten the path from viewer engagement to commission-generating travel bookings.

NextTrip Launches JOURNY TV in 20 International Markets
NextTrip announced the international launch of its JOURNY TV travel entertainment channels on LG Channels. The expansion brings JOURNY TV and its Spanish-language channel, JOURNY Espanol, to LG Smart TV audiences across 20 international markets. Beginning this month, JOURNY TV is available through LG Channels in 14 international markets, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Brazil, Germany, Italy, France, Australia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. "LG Channels represents an important addition to JOURNY's rapidly expanding global distribution footprint," said Casey D'Ambra, NextTrip President of Media. "Travel is inherently visual. Consumers see a destination, experience a culture or discover a property through great programming, and that inspiration can become the starting point for their next trip. Our strategy is to position JOURNY TV at that moment of inspiration and increasingly connect the viewing experience with the ability to discover, plan and ultimately book travel."
NextTrip Co-Founder Converts $3.5M Debt to Preferred Equity
NextTrip announced that Co-Founder and Chairman Don Monaco has converted approximately $3.5M of indebtedness outstanding under a revolving credit facility he previously provided to the Company into preferred equity of NextTrip, convertible into common stock at a conversion price of $3.88 per share, subject to the terms of the preferred security. The revolving credit facility was established in 2025 and provided NextTrip with working and growth capital as the Company pursued its acquisition, technology development and platform expansion strategy. Monaco's conversion of the outstanding indebtedness into a long-term equity position eliminates the corresponding debt obligation and further aligns his investment with NextTrip shareholders as the Company enters its next stage of development.
