Nature's Sunshine Appoints Ruth Perkins as CFO
Nature's Sunshine (NATR) announced the appointment of Ruth Perkins as executive VP and CFO, effective September 1. Perkins will serve as a member of the company's growth leadership team and will be responsible for Nature's Sunshine's global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, internal audit, investor relations, and financial reporting. Most recently, she served as senior VP global value chain finance at Estee Lauder (EL).

Nature's Sunshine announced that John Hnanicek has been appointed chief technology officer, effective May 4. Hnanicek most recently served as chief digital innovation officer at Melaleuca, where he led enterprise-wide digital initiatives, technology modernization, and customer innovation efforts.
