Massimo Group Terminates Acquisition of FST Development
Massimo Group announced that it has terminated its previously announced proposed acquisition of FST Development Company, originally disclosed on February 3. Under the previously contemplated transaction structure, a portion or all of the acquisition consideration could have been satisfied through the issuance of company shares. Following a comprehensive review of the company's strategic priorities, capital allocation plans and recent internal development progress, the company has elected not to proceed with the proposed acquisition and will no longer pursue the previously contemplated stock-based acquisition structure. Over the past several months, the company's internal development programs and strategic development partnerships have achieved significant progress across multiple advanced security technology initiatives, including intelligent patrol systems, autonomous patrol vehicle platforms, drone-assisted security technologies, AI-powered command and monitoring platforms, and related intelligent security solutions. These developments have strengthened management's confidence in the company's internal technology roadmap and reduced the need to pursue external acquisitions to obtain similar capabilities. To support the company's disciplined capital allocation strategy while preserving operating flexibility, the company's controlling shareholder made the decision to provide up to $4M in funding support to accelerate the company's internal development programs focused on intelligent patrol systems, autonomous security technologies, AI-powered monitoring platforms and related next-generation security solutions. The funding is expected to support product development, testing, optimization, pilot deployments, commercialization efforts and continued technology advancement across the company's intelligent security platform initiatives.
Massimo Secures Confirmed Purchase Orders from U.S. Department of Defense
Massimo announced confirmed purchase orders from the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Army. The orders are expected to support facility operations, maintenance, logistics movement, and day-to-day fleet activities. Massimo also expects additional military-related vehicle purchases from existing inventory once requested units become available in July. While specific order values, vehicle quantities and facility details have not been publicly disclosed, public-sector and defense-related fleet procurement programs can involve recurring replacement cycles, vendor qualification processes, follow-on purchasing opportunities, and broader deployment potential across multiple facilities and operating environments.
Pinnacle Food Group Appoints Yunhao Chen as CFO
Pinnacle Food Group (PFAI) announced the dismissal of Wencai Pan as CFO and appointment of Dr. Yunhao Chen as CFO of the company, both effective June 1. Chen served as CFO of Massimo Group (MAMO) from its initial public offering in May 2023 through January 2026 and as a director from April 2024 through January 2026.
Massimo Begins Revenue-Generating Activities with Tractor Supply
Massimo (MAMO) has commenced revenue-generating fulfillment activities for its newly authorized in-store SKU program with Tractor Supply (TSCO). The milestone follows the company's authorization for a significant national rollout of a core utility-focused product across Tractor Supply's retail network. With initial inventory of more than 1,000 units now in stock and orders scheduled for pickup, Massimo has advanced from retail authorization into active fulfillment and revenue execution. Massimo believes the program has the potential to become an important revenue contributor through the remainder of 2026 as fulfillment volumes, retail sell-through activity, and potential replenishment orders scale.
Massimo Launches Sentinel 770 HVAC UTV, Expected Revenue of $10M by 2026
Massimo launched pre-orders and initial dealer orders for its new Sentinel 770 HVAC UTV, the latest addition to the company's Sentinel HVAC product line. The Sentinel HVAC product line is a newly introduced extension of Massimo's established utility vehicle manufacturing platform and did not contribute meaningful revenue in the prior year. Massimo currently expects the Sentinel product line to generate approximately $10M in revenue in 2026, subject to production execution, customer demand, delivery timing and overall market conditions. The Sentinel Series targets a significant gap in the UTV market by offering fully enclosed, factory-integrated heating and cooling systems at price points below $20K, compared to comparable HVAC-equipped vehicles from other OEMs that are often priced above US$30K. The newly launched Sentinel 770 HVAC is expected to be available for delivery later this month, and Massimo has already secured orders from dealers.
