LCNB CEO: Q3 Net Interest Margin Rises to 3.92%

Commenting on the financial results, LCNB Chief Executive Officer, Eric Meilstrup said, "Our solid third quarter and year-to-date financial performance highlights the continued execution of balance sheet optimization and funding discipline strategies, which have contributed to a 108-basis-point improvement in net interest margin over the past two years, from 2.84% in the third quarter of 2024 to 3.92% in the third quarter of 2026, demonstrating the strengthening of our core earnings power. With much of this foundational work behind us, we are increasingly focused on translating our enhanced financial position and expanded capabilities into profitable organic growth. During the quarter, we completed our first $25 million subordinated debt offering, providing additional capital to support future growth and advance our expansion strategies."

LCNB Corp Executive Miller Announces Retirement

LCNB Corp. announced that Michael R. Miller, EVP and Chief Wealth Officer, will retire from his positions with both the Company and the Bank effective March 31, 2027. As part of a planned leadership transition, Joshua A. Shapiro, J.D., was recently promoted to Director of LCNB Wealth. Following Mr. Miller's retirement, Bradley A. Ruppert, CFA, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, who has been with LCNB Wealth for 18 years, will provide executive leadership and oversight of the Wealth Group. Effective January 1, 2027, Mr. Shapiro will assume day-to-day responsibility for LCNB's Wealth Group, including Trust and Investment Services, reporting to Mr. Ruppert.

LCNB Appoints Susan Zaunbrecher to Board of Directors

LCNB (LCNB) announced the appointment of Susan Zaunbrecher to the Boards of Directors of both LCNB Corp. and LCNB National Bank, effective immediately. Zaunbrecher recently retired as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Fifth Third Bancorp (FITB).
